To enhance its training services and address the shortage of hydraulic and pneumatic skills across the continent, Bosch Rexroth Africa’s Training Department has unveiled a state-of-the-art modular training workstation. This innovative workstation is now available for purchase by customers, training providers, TVET colleges, and universities.
The modular training workstation is customisable and adaptable, enabling components to be added, removed, or swapped to meet specific training needs. This flexibility ensures the workstation can support various courses in hydraulic and pneumatic training, equipping participants with the skills required to excel in industries such as:
- Fitting
- Millwright
- Diesel Mechanics
- Earth-Moving Machinery
- Mechatronics
Participants gain practical experience using real-world equipment and machinery, staying updated on the latest technologies and practices in hydraulics and pneumatics. Additionally, qualified artisans and engineers can enhance their knowledge and skills to maintain high standards of work and tackle complex challenges in their fields.

This initiative fosters continuous learning and upskilling, building a more competent and skilled workforce. The training workstation aligns with Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) Trades standards and Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) qualifications. Bosch Rexroth Africa’s Training Department is an accredited training provider, registered with MerSETA (Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services Sector Education and Training Authority).
